ORDER PROCESSING All orders are processed by a real human, between our business hours of Monday-Thursday 8am-3pm (US Pacific Time). We review every order we receive and reserve the right to adjust product prices, discounts, or shipping charges that were incorrectly calculated due to technical errors. We will always send an invoice for final approval if any changes were made. If your items are in stock, your order will ship within 1-2 business days once payment is received. We do not guarantee inventory levels and out-of-stock items may take longer to be shipped. We notify customers via e-mail when their order ships. If you require expedited shipping, please always contact us directly to ensure items are in stock. NOTICE FOR UK CUSTOMERS Due to new UK custom regulations that came into effect January 1, 2021, we are no longer able to process orders that are shipped to the UK through this online store. We can take orders directly via email or phone with a minimum order amount of £135 (about $200). If your order does not meet this minimum, we encourage you to shop from a local reseller in the UK. K&K is not responsible for customs fees and VAT taxes. We provide all necessary paperwork to ensure fast processing. We recommend that you contact your local post and/or customs office to check on the status of your package. If local customs offices cannot reach the end recipient, they may return the package to K&K. We are not liable if this happens, and encourage you to track your package as it is processed through customs. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS All shipments are insured and trackable. If your shipment is lost or damaged, contact us ASAP and we will be able to initiate an investigation and, if necessary, an insurance claim. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES If you purchased a product directly from K&K, we accept returns or exchanges within 30 days if the item is in its original condition. We reserve the right to inspect the product before issuing a refund and a restocking fee may apply depending on the item's condition. Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless we shipped an incorrect item. We do not accept returns of any items that have been installed and removed, altered, or mishandled in any way. If your product becomes defective within that time period, we will be happy to repair or replace it for free.
